Conformance target
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA — the standard most commonly referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) for business websites. This is an ongoing effort, not a one-time fix, and we review the site regularly as we add new pages and content.
What we've built in
- A single, logical heading structure and a main content landmark on every page.
- Sufficient color contrast for text and interactive elements, checked against WCAG AA thresholds.
- Underlined links within body text and FAQ content, so links are not identified by color alone.
- Keyboard-operable navigation, including the mobile menu and FAQ accordions.
- Descriptive alt text and ARIA labels on images, icons, and social links.
- Minimum 44px tap targets on buttons and form fields for touch and motor accessibility.
Known limitations
No website is perfectly accessible to everyone. Some pages currently use placeholder graphics while real photography is being prepared, and third-party tools embedded on our site — such as our chat widget and appointment scheduler — are outside our direct control and may not fully meet the same standard. We're actively working through these as they're identified.
Third-party content
Some features on our Site, such as embedded maps, chat widgets, and payment or scheduling tools, are provided by outside vendors. We choose vendors with accessibility in mind, but we cannot guarantee their tools fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA.
