The Site and its contents are provided "as is," with all faults, and without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. Applicable law and dispute resolution
Family Dentist of Palm Beach operates the Site from Florida. Use of the Site and this Agreement are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved by a state or federal court located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
General
If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Section headings are for convenience only. This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding between Family Dentist of Palm Beach and you regarding the Site and supersedes any prior agreements on the same subject.

Location tracking

Appointment reminder mobile text message terms
There is no fee charged by us to receive text messages, though message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Data obtained in connection with this service may include your phone number, carrier name, and the date, time, and content of messages; we use this information to contact you and provide the services you request.
Alerts may not be delivered in all circumstances — factors like coverage, network capacity, and your device can interfere with delivery, and we do not guarantee delivery of any alert.
As a recipient of mobile alerts, you may receive up to two automated messages prior to each appointment. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying "STOP" to any message. User-generated content
We welcome your comments, reviews, and submissions ("User-Generated Content" or "UGC") to our website, social media pages, or other services. By submitting UGC, you grant Family Dentist of Palm Beach a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our business and marketing activities, with or without attribution.
